Your cart can hold items from lots of different sellers. When you check out, NexudeIT takes a single payment for the whole cart, then splits it into a separate order for each seller. Each seller fulfils and ships their own part independently, so you may receive several parcels on different dates — each with its own tracking.

At checkout, each seller's items are grouped together. You choose a shipping option per seller and see a delivery estimate for each group. Because every seller sets their own rates and methods, shipping is quoted and charged per seller — and the full shipping fee is passed through to that seller, with NexudeIT taking 0% on shipping.

You make a single payment for the cart total — your card is charged only once. Behind the scenes, NexudeIT creates a separate order (with its own order number and escrow) for each seller and routes each seller their share. Any cart-wide discount is divided fairly across the seller orders; a per-store coupon applies only to that store's order.

Each seller ships their own items and adds a tracking number to their order. You'll see a separate order and tracking link per seller, so you can follow every parcel on its way. Deliveries may arrive on different days depending on where each seller ships from and the option you chose.

Each seller order is its own contract of sale between you and that seller, so refunds, returns, and disputes are handled per order. If one parcel has a problem, you open a dispute on that order only — the rest of your cart isn't affected. Each order is escrow-protected on its own.

Your privacy is protected across the split. Each seller is given only the shipping address for the items they are fulfilling — never the address or order details for items a different seller is shipping. Your shipping address is shared solely with the seller(s) fulfilling your order, and only so they can deliver it. See Terms § 9b and the Trust & Safety page for more.
